Kelva (Kelwa) Beach – Tourist Hub with Heritage

Kelva Beach is one of the most visited beaches in the Vasai–Palghar belt. It boasts a long, flat sandy stretch lined with Suru (casuarina) trees, horse-cart rides, and family-friendly food stalls. With resorts and cottages nearby, it’s a favorite for weekend trips and large group picnics.

Close to the beach lies the lesser-known Kelva Fort, hidden among the trees and worth a short walk for history lovers. The Sheetala Devi temple also attracts devotees year-round.
